How signal alerts reach you
When one of our five NQ strategies enters or exits a position, the signal is logged and an email goes out from [email protected] within seconds. Add that address to your contacts so nothing lands in spam. The same signal appears in your dashboard's live feed, and you can add browser push notifications from Settings, Alerts. Email is the primary channel; everything else is additive. You can mute channels, set quiet hours, or mute specific notification types in the same place.
Quiet days are normal
The system is not on a schedule. It trades only when its conditions are met, which means some days fire multiple signals and some days are silent. Over the 15-year backtest the book was in the market only about a third of the time. A quiet day means the system is waiting, not broken, and you can verify that yourself any time on the status page, which shows when the last live signal fired. If the pipeline ever goes silent abnormally long on trading days, we are alerted automatically and members hear from us by email.
Getting the TradingView script
Full Access includes our invite-only TradingView strategy script so the exact published strategy runs on your own charts. Because TradingView grants access per username, you submit yours in Settings, TradingView, and we grant it manually, typically within one business day. You get an email when it is live; then in TradingView open Indicators, Invite-only scripts. If it does not appear, sign out of TradingView and back in. Changing your username later re-runs the same process. More on why the script matters: invite-only TradingView scripts.
Trials, billing, and cancelling
The free trial runs 7 days with no card: full email alerts and the dashboard, but not the TradingView script. When it ends, alerts stop until you subscribe. Full Access is $100 a month or $1,000 a year through Stripe. You can cancel any time in Settings, Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period and the TradingView script is removed when it lapses. If a card is declined you keep access while Stripe retries for about a week; update the card in Settings, Billing and everything continues uninterrupted. See pricing and the refund policy.
Contract rolls and the numbers
NQ futures contracts expire quarterly, and when the active contract rolls, TradingView re-bases its continuous data. Rather than let pages drift onto different vintages, we refresh the entire site's published record to one consistent data-as-of date at each roll. That is why every figure on the site carries a date. All published performance is hypothetical backtest, never live results; the live side is the timestamped forward signal log, which is public.
Your account and your data
Settings, Security lets you change your password, change your sign-in email (confirmed via the new inbox), download everything we store about you as JSON, or permanently delete your account. Deletion cancels any subscription and erases your data. See the privacy policy.

Hypothetical performance disclosure (CFTC Rule 4.41). These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss.
